I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a room with a beautiful view of the lake for free. The rooms were spotlessly clean and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the availability of English channels, which is rare in this city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, including a sauna and beautiful walking paths along the lake. The location of the hotel, relative to the train station, was convenient.

The staff at the Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley went above and beyond to assist me when I had a medical emergency. They quickly took me to the local emergency room and helped with getting necessary prescriptions. Their response was excellent and immediate.

The complimentary facts were nice, but the location was key. It was nice to have access to different things to do, and we particularly enjoyed being close to the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a major advantage.

This hotel is a perfect choice if you want to be in direct touch with nature. It is located close to the train station and surrounded by a beautiful lake in the garden. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice bathtub and rubber duck. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with Michael from the front desk being especially accommodating. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious Western and Chinese dishes. You can also enjoy the large outside pools and well-equipped gym.

The indoor pool requires guests to purchase a swimming cap instead of providing them for free.
